We had a great stay at this place in Destin! The rental was clean and just steps away from the beach. The chair and umbrella service allowed us to relax and not have to worry about setting things up ourselves. The rental had all the amenities that we needed. Forest was overall a great host and communicator!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! Wesley was excellent with communication, always responsive and clear, which made the entire booking and stay process smooth and stress-free. The place itself was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the thoughtful baby items provided, which made traveling with kids so much easier and more comfortable.

Host was promptly providing all instructions upfront and responsive as well. Location was great, surrounded by many things to do! Henderson Beach was very near and a must visit! House was very well kept and maintained with all the required facilities. We had an amazing stay!

The condo was exactly as described, easily can sleep 8, and the ocean view was wonderful. Easy access to the condo and the directions were clear. Easy access to the beach. Giant kitchen table large enough to lay a bunch of food out. I highly recommend, and Forest is very resounding and helpful even came by to fix a minor drainage issue.

Wesley was a fantastic, proactive and exceptionally responsive. His place was in a location that was essentially walkable to the activities we were planning to visit with our 3-year old son...Big Kahuna's waterpark, and The Track amusement park and go-karts. Henderson beach was less than 10 minutes drive. Just about anything you could need during a stay is located within a few minute drive. Wesley also made sure the place had enough daily living items to last at least two days (toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry & dishwashing soap, coffee & tea, garbage bags, and toiletry soaps). We came across his listing less than 24 hours before our departure and he confirmed in less than one...exceptional communication. Many AirBnB'ers could learn a thing or two from Wesley. Clean, cozy, comfortable, and welcoming place.

This condo was perfect for our needs! It was huge for a condo, very well stocked (we had plenty of tp, paper towels, dish detergent, etc). The balcony was so peaceful and the area at the beach was less crowded than other hotel areas. Forest was very responsive to every question I had. I will warn to be cautious of the balcony door, my husband somehow locked himself out 3 times 😂 within waking distance of Main Street We will definitely return!

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Late night ice cream, Chicago hot dogs and Waffle house in walking distance outside the gated property. Not 1 but 3 pools open late for those cooler night swims and for the older kids. The view of the small lake thats in the center of the condo buildings is a cool feature to add to the tropical vibes. The baby enjoyed a stroll around it and over the nicely built and kept bridge and deck. House was clean and clutter free (perfect for littles because there wasnt anything for her to get into!). The beds were a little firm for my liking but I do have a bad back.

The place was great! Just like the photos but felt even more spacious. Yasmina was so friendly upon check-in, the place was so clean and airy. So centrally located but there was no problem with noise. An excellent stay!

Wesley’s home was super affordable, safe, clean, quiet, and cozy. He was very nice/professional and catered to all my needs. If he will have me back, ill be there for my next Gma get away☺️

If you’re a person like me and like to “go home” after being out all day then this is the place. It’s not super packed like the resorts I’ve been to in the area which gives you more of the local vibe than the tourist feel. The space is exactly as you see in the pictures so there were no surprises and it’s located right in the middle of everything! Walmart is like 5 min away in one direction and WinnDixie AND Publix is the same in the opposite direction. Wes was super proactive with instructions and recommendations and is super nice and extremely respectful of your privacy. My family and I will definitely be back next time. We had a blast!
