Welcome to Destin, Florida, the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village also known for its sugar white beaches and emerald green waters! Your booking includes the entire second floor condo. Guests can conveniently access their vehicles with parking directly outside the building. Please note this is a second story unit with no elevator available so there is one flight of stairs to use before entering the home. Although this is a private unit, it is located in a condominium complex. There are neighboring units. We cannot control the noise level outside of our unit, so please ensure that you will not be bothered by noise in surrounding units. If you feel this would be bothersome, please do not book this unit. We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is 10am. As you enter our condo with keyless entry, you will immediately walk into an open concept living room, breakfast-bar style seating, and kitchen. Why rush out of the condo in the mornings? This condo features a newly renovated kitchen outfitted with new appliances, including a fully stocked Keurig coffee maker, along with dishes and cookware for your stay. While we do not have a formal dining area, we do have a breakfast bar for mealtimes. Stay in and cook breakfast and enjoy that cup of coffee before your busy Destin day. Having to work during your stay or need a place to organize your itinerary? We also have a small workspace for our business travelers. The queen bedroom is located directly off the living room near the front door with a Roku enabled TV. The second bedroom offers two side by side queen beds, with a Roku enabled TV as well. The bathroom is located between the bedrooms, with a separate toilet, sink, and shower area to be most accommodating for multiple individuals getting ready! Fun ceiling design and a Bluetooth enabled mirror bring an extra pop of design to even this area of the home! We supply the initial amount of courtesy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags along with dishwasher and dish soap which is typically enough for 48 hours. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies to accommodate for your group and / or length of stay. The full-sized washer and dryer are tucked away in the laundry room. Our condo is over 50 years old and while it is greatly cared for, it may show its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear and quaint aging. I take great pride in trying to create a space that people will love while putting a lot of thought and time into my homes to share with you. When you are staying at my place, I want you to feel taken care of with all the creature comforts and hopefully a little extravagance! While it may not be the Ritz-Carlton or a luxury vacation home, we believe you will enjoy our space. This is the right space for you if you are looking for a quick beach trip, if you’re a weary traveler passing through, looking for a cost-effective family vacation, or just need an escape with someone special without being cramped in a hotel room. We’ve recently made some updates to this space to create a comfortable, modern, relaxing place located in a diverse community in central Destin. We are only about one mile from the closest public beach access, but there are three pools in the complex. Please keep in mind this is NOT within walking distance to the beach and we do NOT advertise beachfront or near beach access in any way. The closest public beach access is near The Back Porch (about one mile) or really any of the many public beaches you can choose to drive to throughout Destin. Henderson Beach State Park and June Decker Public Access are the closest locations to our complex. Discovery of a pet that has been snuck into the condo is a fee of $200. Our home is the perfect location for solo travelers, birthdays, anniversaries, romantic getaways, or your group of friends and / or family. Book today!
