A $50 fine will be charged if passes are not returned. • Parking Deck Height Restrictions- Ground Level: 8 feet 6 inches. Levels 1-6: 6 feet, 8 inches. • Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM • Key code provided for security locks. • No beach chairs, beach blankets, or beach towels will be provided.

House Rules

PLEASE DO NOT JUMP UP AND DOWN ON THE ELEVATOR IT CAUSES IT TO STOP AND THE FIRE DEPT MUST COME OUT TO RESET. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO TWO OF MY GUESTS THIS YEAR. THE FINE IS 550.00 We are located in Eastern Standard Time, with check-in at 4 pm and Checkout at 10 am. We do not allow early check-in or late check-out without adequate notice to prepare (and these options are not always available due to other reservations or scheduled maintenance). -Ocean Bay Condominium does not allow guests with pets. -You will receive your check-in info once the property is ready for your arrival, please do not arrive early without prior notice/approval. -Absolutely NO extra guests (including those "stopping by") or risk loss of security deposit and/or immediate eviction. -Strict noise ordinance is 10 pm, as this is a residential area. House parties, excess noise, or disturbances to neighbors permitted at any time. -We do host student groups (under age 25) but have very strict guidelines that all guests must be present for at check in to acknowledge and sign. It is non-negotiable that each individual must provide $100 cash at check-in for a security deposit, refundable if student rules are not violated & no damage or excess cleaning is needed. -Checkout is 10 am, anything, after 10am, is an additional day charge. If cleaners are not allowed access to home due to late check-out or additional cleaning is needed due to late check-out, charges apply as needed. -No illegal activity permitted & no smoking indoors or on balconies at any time. -ON CHECKOUT DAY: -All you need to do is start the dishwasher and take the trash out to the chute directly outside the door. -Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind will be charged the cost of replacement items ruined, plus the cleanup fee. -Any and all issues must be disclosed during stay prior to checkout, or you are held liable for any damages. The property manager must be notified and given the ability to resolve any and all issues during stay, or guests accept responsibility for not disclosing in a timely manner. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities (tv, internet, a/c, etc) as these types of outages are beyond our control but we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Quiet hours - Before 6 AM and after 10 PM Check out by 10:00 AM

The condo was perfect. Clean. Pack n Play was already set up which was important when you have little ones. Everything was clean and fresh. The kitchen was perfect to have meals. We were able to arrive unpack,walk to a place for dinner,relax. We could not have asked for a better experience. The owner answered any questions we had quickly before arriving. We hope to stay again.

Forrest was a great host, he has us clear direction on where to park and how to get in. The property looked just like the photos and the views were incredible. If we ever go back to Myrtle beach we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo, HUUUUUGE space. Was much bigger than we were anticipating but trust me that was a happy surprise! Would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone with a hope for a peaceful view, luxury feel stay and honestly plenty of room for kids as well! We will try to bring our kids back here. Close to so much around Cherry Grove and NMB. 5 stars!!

Myself and two former college roommates had our annual reunion here and this condo was perfect. There is plenty of space and each of us had a clean, private bathroom. Forrest was very communicative with us, quick to provide information and help. The unit is spotless and easy to enter from the same level as parking. The building is well maintained and the view and access to the ocean cannot be beat. We felt comfortable, safe and spoiled. The place is spotless, has nice furnishings, and a well-appointed kitchen. He also provided us with clear instructions/expectations and a nice list of things to do. The location and condo were wonderful. We could not have been more pleased.
